Happy Spring!
I'm looking forward to the new year and all it will bring. I'm an optomist and am hoping for a fun and exciting new year with fun, laughs and adventures. The boys are doing great and are my pride and joy - I'm so proud of them and all they do. They are fun, likeable and responsible - but definitely FUN. =-)
Justin will be getting ready for high school in the fall and has lots of hopes and dreams for his life and future. He'll likely achieve his Eagle Scout rank with Nathan this Fall - that will be the goal they've worked at since they were 6 years old and now they'll be 15 and reaching it. Wow. Tyler is just a year behind them, so an Eagle rank is closeby for him too! They've really been determined and focused on their scouting, but have stayed in so long because they really love it. They are outdoors guys through and through - much like their Grandpa Langlie. =-) He would be so proud to see all that they are doing and was their scouting mentor from the start.
The track and field circuit this summer for the USATF Junior Olympics will begin in June and go through July - this year's nationals are in Omaha. Both of the boys moved up divisions and are youth (Tyler) and intermediate/high school (Justin). The format will be the same, but the competitors will be big! =-)
Mike is back to traveling this weekend with a schedule of travel from Sunday - Fridays until June. We'll only see him on the weekends and with the boys schedules (http://freecal.brownbearsw.com/Crohn?Op=ShowIt&Date=2008-01-01), it's going to be a very busy/fun time!
We are so blessed to have so many positive things going on. I'm enjoying my visits with Mom - she's doing so well and we have so much fun together. We go to town, enjoy coffee together and visit - I LOVE that very much!!
We wish you a very happy Spring!!
Love,
Lynne
